Refund Policy
At Anda Creative Studio, we strive to ensure each creative collaboration is meaningful and well-aligned with your vision.
Given the nature of our services—particularly bespoke and time-intensive design work—all payments made are considered final.
Non-Refundable Commencement Fee
A non-refundable commencement fee of 50% of the quoted total is required to begin any project. This fee secures your slot in our calendar and covers early-stage conceptual development and design preparation.
Final Payment Terms
The remaining 50% balance is to be paid within one (1) week of receiving the final working files. Please note that this amount is also non-refundable, as it reflects completed services and deliverables.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel a project mid-way through, we kindly ask that you notify us in writing. Depending on the progress of the project, you may be eligible to pause the project and resume at a later date, subject to mutual agreement and availability. However, partial refunds are not offered for any work already undertaken or delivered.

Client Agreement
This Client Agreement outlines the expectations and mutual responsibilities between Anda Creative Studio and you, our Client. Upon entering into a project with us, you agree to the following:
1. Scope of Work
The Studio will provide services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or quotation. Any additions or changes to the project scope will be subject to a revised quote and timeline.
2. Timeline & Availability
Project timelines will be discussed at the beginning of our collaboration. We ask that Clients respond promptly to feedback requests, file reviews, and scheduling matters to ensure smooth progress.
3. Payments
A 50% non-refundable commencement fee is due within seven (7) days after the Client approves the proposed brand concept and direction. The remaining 50% is due within one (1) week after the final design assets are delivered.
4. Ownership & Usage
Final designs are transferred to the Client upon full payment, along with a license for usage as defined in the project brief. Anda Creative Studio retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Communication & Revisions
We believe in thoughtful collaboration. A set number of revision rounds will be included in your package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges and will be communicated ahead of time.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any shared confidential materials private and will not disclose sensitive information to outside parties.
7. Good Faith Collaboration
We enter each creative partnership with respect, openness, and shared intention. If concerns arise during the project, we encourage honest, timely communication so we can work toward a solution.
