1. Overview

To use our services, you must be 18 years or older (or of legal age in your jurisdiction), and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Please refrain from using our site if doing so is prohibited in your region.
 

3. Payments & Pricing
Service prices are shown on the site and may change without prior notice. Errors may be corrected as needed.

• A non-refundable commencement fee of 50% of the quoted total is due within 7 days of accepting the proposed design direction.

• The remaining 50% is due within 7 days of receiving final deliverables.
   

4. Service Changes
Anda Creative Studio reserves the right to update, pause, or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice. Access may be restricted temporarily or permanently.
 

5. Intellectual Property
All materials shared through this site—visuals, text, brand assets, and other creative content—are the sole property of Anda Creative Studio. You may not reuse, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our content without written permission.
 

6. Content Submission
By submitting any content to us (e.g. reference images or design elements), you confirm that you own the rights or have proper licenses to share it. You consent to our use of this content when necessary for your project.
 

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anda Creative Studio is not responsible for:

• Errors or omissions in content

• Any damages from your use of our services
